The main goal of whole project week was to develop and increase digital skills mainly students but teachers as well.
The Slovak students had an important role during teaching activities. As the teachers, they lead the open lessons for the other foreign but also local students and taught them how to work in Adobe applications. Adobe in the classroom, this was the topic of Monday’s activities.
Adobe Spark Post, Page and Video will be the main tools for creating final project outputs. They are very easy to use and enable you to tell stories and share ideas quickly and beautifully.
Students worked in international teams and step by step under the Slovak students they faced the given tasks.
On Wednesday the Slovak students explained their classmates how to use iMovie for final video editing and making video blogs which will be the partial outputs of each mobility.
Tuesday and Thursday were "excursion" days. Students spent these days outside the school. In fact, students learnt by practice. Visit of Oceanographic was the best way how to increase students’ awareness about protection the water, oceans and life in it.
Local production and products and their importance for the region where we live, students could find out in ecological centre of climate changes as well as on the fields directly, were the local and also national crops were grown.
The big experience for everyone was tasting the national drink called Horchata (Chufas in Spanish) which is made of water, sugar and tiger nuts. What was very interesting that Horchata is suitable for all people, vegetarians, vegans even for those with nut or dairy allergies. During the workshops, students also tried to prepare this drink by their own.
The last day was the day of evaluation, summary and conclusions.
The students were evaluated by teachers but also by themselves, not only for the result of their work but also for their team spirit and team management.
The last common activity which strenghten new relationships and friendships was the work in "falas" project in art classroom.
Great thanks goes to every teacher who involved and took place in this mobility for their support and help and of course every student who was a part of great project team and showed us the great ability and open-mind to work and collaborate in international teams without prejudice and problems.
Last but not least we want to say thanks to students’ parents, who bring them up and try to teach them how to behave and how to be polite.
